This is a Lionel 6-12948 O Gauge 313 Bascule Bridge. When activated the bridge moves up and when the button is pressed again the bridge moves back down. It can be wired to automatically stop an approaching train. It measures about 2 feet long. Other features include tin-plate construction and illumination.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The tract section shows average use. A metal rod seems to have separated from wherever it is suppose to be.
