At Trainz, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trainz account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
