This classic features die-cast metal construction, a worm drive motor, an operating smoke unit, an operating headlight, a 3 position forward-neutral-reverse E-unit, metal side rods and metal wheels. The 671 was a mainstay of Lionelās line in the late 1940s. This one comes with Lionel's premium tender, the 2671W which features 6-wheel trucks and of course an operating whistle.
